Cyber Security Process and Governance Advisor

We are currently looking for a dedicated Cyber Security Process and Governance Advisor to improve the processes and governance of our cyber secure product lifecycle in accordance with international standards and frameworks at KONGSBERG. You will collaborate closely with other disciplines throughout the company to incorporate security practices into our core and support prosesses while building associated training and awareness material. The role will report to Director Product Cyber Security and be part of the central Technology Office function. 

Responsibilities

• Develop processes, procedures and supporting documents
• Develop cyber security awareness and training material, and conduct relevant activities 
• Interpret and incorporate external security requirements into our Business Management System
• Contribute to governance, risk and assurance activities 

Qualification and experience

• Background in an engineering discipline with a good understanding of system development, delivery, and support 
• Good understanding of security requirements from IEC62443/NIST or equivalent standards and frameworks
• A relevant degree or certification in Cyber Security, or an interest to build similar competency 
• Good understanding of cyber security threats, risks and vulnerabilities in relation to OT/IT
• Good understanding of cyber security tools used during the product lifecycle
• Good communicator in English, both in written and verbal form
  
  

This employment may require security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority, clearance through Civil Aviation Authority or a background check.
