Project Portfolio Management is strategic important for KONGSBERG IT and we need to extend our teams capacity and competence in this area. We want a colleague who can fulfill the role as Project Portfolio Manager.

This role will be a part of the department Service & Innovation. The role will have the opportunity to take responsibility for other tasks in the department, depending on experience.


Main Tasks:

  • Project Portfolio management
  • Develop Project Portfolio Process, from initiative to project execution
  • Administrative responsible for project and initiative from the business
  • Owner of Project Portfolio Management Solution


We search for people with:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Project Management or similar/related field
  • Experience with Project Portfolio Management
  • Experience with Global Environment
  • Excellent collaborative and communication skills
  • Self-driven and confident of own technical expertise
  • Fluent Norwegian and English speaking and writing skills
The position requires security clearance
