Process and System Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen as Process and System Manager in Kongsberg Maritime. In this role, you will be a part our Global Facility team. You will have a central role within the Facility team and will have a key role related to the development of processes, systems and tools linked to our Facility Services.

We are looking for you who have experience and are interested in process improvements and system management.

Key accountabilities

  • Develop, improve and maintain cost-effective systems and processes according to defined digitalization strategy
  • Be subject matter expert for defined systems and processes
  • Initiate, Lead and Run processes and system improvements projects
  • Map and organize Facility related master data as well ensure good structure and quality on the data
  • Coordinate and communication across Facility organization, process owners and other key stakeholders
  • Develop, coordinate and maintain the Facility Management System
  • Develop and implement KPIs and benchmarking parameters for defined processes and system
  • Lead people and work tasks effectively as well demonstrated ability to implement and deliver


Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor or other relevant education
  • 3+ years’ experience with Facility service
  • Experience with Process Improvements
  • Experience with system and tools related to Asset Management, Office space management
  • Experience with Project Management and Master Data Management
  • Working experience with internal audits is a plus
  • Interested in IT technology, tools and systems
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Norwegian
