Quality Assurance Engineer - Manufacturing

In this role, you will be a part of our Supply Chain Quality Team in the Sensors and Robotics division. You will support the organization staying compliant to ISO9001 and develop quality systems in Manufacturing to meet KM requirements. 

We are looking for a candidate who has experience from working with quality issues and who enjoys collaborating with others. In your day-to-day work you will collaborate across the company business units and departments, and through that further build your competence, your business understanding as well as your network.

Through our modern non-conformity management system, our enhanced audit program as well as continually improvement of internal procedures you will be central in assuring high end quality of our world class technology products and commitment to sustainability.

Key accountabilities

  • Work with Manufacturing department on handling nonconformities and conduct root cause analysis
  • Review and analyze test data from manufacturing, assembly, and test functions
  • Facilitate for and drive product and process improvements in manufacturing
  • Contribute to build test data management structure and system
  • Work with suppliers on handling nonconformities and conduct root cause analysis with focus on electronic parts, processes, and production
  • Contribute to internal quality audits


Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree within electronics or similar
  • Experience with test plans and data management systems
  • Knowledge of Statistical Process control (SPC)
  • Production and process understanding
  • Knowledge to quality management system ISO 9001
  • Experience with root cause analysis
  • Good communications skills in Norwegian, both spoken and written
