Key accountabilities 

• Provide HR leadership, expertise, support and coaching to line managers to maximize organizational effectiveness and growth 
• Provide strategic advice and operational support to management on people, culture, and organizational development 
• Deploy KONGSBERG HR strategies and policies, including business deployment of performance management, reward review, leadership development initiatives, surveys, and diversity & inclusion plans 
• Provide effective employee relations and closely work with union representatives, line management, employees and liaising with the KONGSBERG team 
• Liaise with our employees to capture and improve the employee experience

Qualifications and experience 

• Bachelor or master’s degree, preferably within a field related to HR or organizational development. Experience wise, both junior and senior HR Managers are encouraged to apply
• If you have experience from working in large organization and have a natural IT proficiency, it will be an advantage 
• Preferably a good understanding of the Norwegian Work Environment Act
• To support our leaders, a business mindset and change competence is valued
• Written and verbal communication skills in English
