What We’re Seeking:

We are on the hunt for a dedicated people- and business minded Finance Manager with an extra interest in standardization, process improvement and utilization of systems and tools. You will be leading a team of Project Controllers who are supporting the Project Managers in executing our customer delivery and R&D projects. You will be a part of a highly skilled finance team dealing with complex financial and commercial challenges in a global project delivery organization. The role will also be involved in the financial follow-up of the division and as finance expert in ad-hoc projects and tasks.

Your Role:

As our Finance Manager, you’ll wear multiple hats:

• Team Leader: Lead our Project Controllers, ensuring robust financial support for projects worldwide.
• Efficiency Promoter: Drive improvements in project controlling, harmonize business systems, and embrace digitalization together with our Project Management Office.
• Financial Expert: Harmonize financial follow-up for investments using a Business Case approach and have focus on capital and cash flow enhancements within the division.
• Data Wizard: Involved in the division’s financial reporting, keeping our organization and Management informed.

What Qualifications are we looking for?

• Master’s Degree: In Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
• Solid Experience: In Controlling or Accounting.
• Leadership Skills: Passionate about developing people.
• Tech-Curiosity: Proficient in, and curios about ERP systems and analytical tools.
