Project Manager - Rudder

We are currently seeking a Project Manager with a passion for driving profitability and enhancing revenue streams through effective project management and technological innovation. This is an opportunity to become an integral part of our journey towards creating sustainable, predictable and profitable business together.

As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing and delivering our rudder products to both Naval and Commercial sectors. Your primary role will be to ensure seamless coordination from contract signing to warranty completion, focusing on timely, cost-efficient, and high-quality delivery. You will be the main point of contact for our esteemed clients, emphasizing customer satisfaction while simultaneously driving revenue and cash flow improvements.

Qualifications and experience

• A financial or technical background, preferably with project management experience.
• Technical understanding of propulsion systems is advantageous.
• Familiarity with our ERP system, Baan, is beneficial, offering a significant advantage in this role.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal; additional languages are a plus.
