Procurement Specialist

In this role, you will play a part in our high-achieving Indirect Procurement Team, by supporting the implementation of KONGSBERG Source to Pay tool and purchasing processes within selected indirect categories.

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Participating in vendor enablement process, engaging with suppliers & internal stakeholders to deliver the supplier roll out plan to the KONGSBERG S2P tool.
• Driving supplier experience and providing regular progress reporting KPI’s.
• Supporting the implementation of KONGSBERG Source to Pay tool and leading configuration activities in the assigned areas of the system.
• Mapping processes and creating relevant system and user documentation.
• Responsibility for executing purchases and E-sourcing activities in line with the relevant Category Strategy through application of the defined buying rules.
• Suppliers qualification and registration.
• PR negotiations.

 Qualifications and experience

• University Graduate (Master Degree).
• Understanding of procurement, invoicing and supplier information management processes.
• Prior experience in operational Purchasing (Min. 2 years).
• English language (fluent written and spoken) is a must.
• Good overall computer skills (MS Office) with importance of comfortable using Excel and its multitude of functions.
• Experience in working with Procure/Source to Pay solutions will be an advantage.
• Negotiation capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer Service mindset.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach .
• Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change.
