HSE Advisor and Site Administrator

The division Integration & Energy is responsible for strengthening Kongsberg Maritime’s position in the energy transition, as a leading integrator of maritime solutions. We will be focused on developing integrated solutions that creates added value for our customers within a range of segments. The division will coordinate and set direction across the product divisions in KM, and is responsible for our Energy products and systems, Remote and Autonomous development, and delivery of integrated projects.

Health Safety & Environment are key in all we do, and we are looking for someone to coordinate the HSE Function combined with administration of the site function for our business unit Solutions at our facility in Hjørungavåg. As HSE Advisor & Site Administrator you will be responsible for HSE and Site support of the facility, working closely with the QHSE team in the division and the business unit management teams. This job is 80% of a full-time position. 

We're seeking an individual who is familiar with HSE requirements, has good communication skills and are structured and positive.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Assess compliance with legal aspect for the location, towards applicable HSE-rules and regulations
• Prepare HSE Risk Analysis for the location.
• Point of contact towards local Company Health Service (Bedriftshelsetjenesten) 
• Make site access-cards and guest-card (Stanley) for the location
• Infrastructure and building facility support (Janitor's action list)
• Secretary for the Local Company committee (Bedriftsutvalg) and for the Local Working Environment Committee (Arbeidsmiljøutvalg)
• Monitoring Office assignment and available hot desks
• Support Site Director in planning of site-specific communication/events (all-hands, X-mas lunch, celebrations etc.)

Qualifications and experience 

• Knowledge of HSE requirements
