As Naval Architect, you will work with development of our portfolio of vessels within the UT-Design and NVC-Design range of vessels. The role will require close cooperation with our customers and sales force and cover R&D tasks, development of tender documentation and follow-up during the construction phase. We are looking for candidates with passion for both the Merchant fleet of vessels and Specialized vessels.

Key accountabilities

• Develop our vessels portfolio within the UT-Design and NVC-Design range.
• Develop General Arrangement, vessel specifications and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate supporting teams.
• Be a driving force in the decarbonization of our vessel range.
• Provide sales support and customer activities.
• Communicatewith building yards, Flag, Authorities and classification societies.

Qualifications and experience

• Master or Bachelor Degree in Naval Architecture or similar
• Relevant experience from Yard, classification companies or consultancy.

Experience is seen as beneficial, however, we in Ship Design are committed to form new Naval Architects for the future through training and development programs.
