We are seeking a Team Leader Engineering who wants to make a significant impact on our costumers’ operations. In this role you will be a part of an international and highly skilled team, where you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers in Upgrades and Modification projects, while leading a team with the same goals. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate a team of engineers with a focus on resource planning and capability.
  • Ensure that the work performed is accordance with Kongsberg Maritime Quality Management System.
  • Train and follow up on new engineers.
  • Perform engineering tasks for Upgrades and Modifications within your designated product group area.
  • Act as the engineering department representative in product and application forums within your designated product group area.
  • Provide sales support within your designated product group area

Qualifications and experience

  • Engineer (BSc/MSc) or other relevant technical education/experience
  • Fluent written and spoken English and native language
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an engineer with excellent performance
  • Experience with technical- and people management will be an advantage
  • Knowledge about the maritime industry and Kongsberg Maritime’s products will be an advantage
