We are seeking a Team Leader Engineering who wants to make a significant impact on our costumers’ operations. In this role you will be a part of an international and highly skilled team, where you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers in Upgrades and Modification projects, while leading a team with the same goals. We are seeking you that can look for opportunities in our people, and product portfolio and do your best to ensure we deliver world class on every occasion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a team of engineers with a focus on resource planning and capability.
• Ensure that the work performed is accordance with Kongsberg Maritime Quality Management System.
• Train and follow up on new engineers.
• Perform engineering tasks for Upgrades and Modifications within your designated product group area.
• Act as the engineering department representative in product and application forums within your designated product group area.
• Provide sales support within your designated product group area

Qualifications and experience

• Engineer (BSc/MSc) or other relevant technical education/experience
• Fluent written and spoken English and native language
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an engineer with excellent performance
• Experience with technical- and people management will be an advantage
• Knowledge about the maritime industry and Kongsberg Maritime’s products will be an advantage
