Spare Part Planner

An exciting opportunity has arisen as a Spare Part Planner with us at Kongsberg Maritime in Kokkola. You will be a Planner in our Global Customer Support division (GCS). The division is responsible for the customer support activities towards installed systems until phase out and removal.

You will be a key player in improvement of delivery time to our customers, mitigate risk upon delivery and other supply chain activities.

We are looking for an analytic and “hands on” planner with logistical background to improve customer satisfaction by using our ERP-system.

Key accountabilities:

• Be a “link” between procurement, production, and sales to ensure parts and orders are finished in time.
• Improve lead times to our customers
• Maintenance and continuous improvement of our delivery processes
• Represent GCS spares in weekly production meetings.

Qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Finance or Engineering
• Oral and written communication skills in English
• It is considered an advantage if you have experience with:
• Infor Baan ERP or Dynamics 365
• Excel, Cognos, SQL
