Our DevOps team is expanding, and we are looking for innovative professionals to help onboard new teams and projects into our ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and maintenance of complex infrastructure, ensuring scalability and security.

Role Overview:

We are seeking 2 DevOps Engineers to join our growing team. You will collaborate with DevOps professionals in Norway, Poland, and India, working on maintaining our ecosystem and onboarding new teams. The role involves 30% new features and documentation, 30% ecosystem maintenance, and 40% onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines and manage deployments using Azure DevOps, Git, and other tools.
• Ensure seamless integration of Azure and AWS services into the ecosystem.
• Onboard new teams and projects to the DevOps environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including release managers, security architects, and business consultants.
• Participate in daily 30-minute stand-up meetings and contribute to Agile/Scrum processes.

Key Skills:

• Platforms: Proficiency with Linux and Windows (level 1 – Simple understanding).
• Technologies:
• Docker (level 3 – Deep understanding), Kubernetes (level 1 – Simple understanding), Terraform (level 3), Ansible (level 3), and Automation principles (level 2 – Some understanding).
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git (level 2), Jfrog, and AWS.
• Languages: Python (level 3 – Deep understanding), TypeScript, Terraform, and C++(level 1 – Simple understanding).
• CI/CD Tools: Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, Jira.
• Experience:
• Junior (<2 years), Mid (2-3 years), System (3-5 years), or Senior (5+ years) experience.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication, teamwork, flexibility, and goal-oriented mindset. An extroverted and innovative approach is essential.

 Additional Information:

• Travel to Norway based on project needs.
