System & Process Analyst
An exciting opportunity has arisen as System & Process Analyst, reporting to Department Manager of Internal Digitalization. In this role, you will be a part of a bigger team under GCS. We facilitate Process Improvements, changes and implementing new supporting systems to the business. You will be responsible for continuous improvements to our current platforms and help to shape our future supporting systems.
We are in a phase of harmonizing and implementing tools, systems, and processes. We need to prepare for a global rollout and to support our users during the entire process.
Typically, tasks will then be:
- End user support
- Change requests/continuous improvements
- Work closely with vendors and developers
- Support IT
- Support solution testing
- Go live support
- Perform training in classroom and/or remote
- Support writing documentation
- Training documents
- Process documents
- Procedures
- Work Instructions
Key accountabilities
- Functional expert of tools, systems, and processes
- Customer and end user focus.
- Represent our KM users when dealing with Vendors and developers.
- Lead or act as member in projects and programs
- End user adaptation and training program
- Good business understanding or interest for it.
- Experience working with tools and processes.
- Experience with timely deliver, quality and budget is an advantage.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CE or FnO is a plus.
- Technical college or bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant fields, experience can compensate for formal education
