Sales Operation Manager
Are you a highly organized, data-driven professional with a passion for optimizing sales processes? We’re looking for a Sales Operation Manager to join our dynamic team and drive our sales organization to new heights. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring seamless processes, managing cutting-edge tools and systems, and providing invaluable insights to fuel our growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage Sales Tools – Oversee CRM systems and sales platforms, ensuring data accuracy and provide team support and training.
- Optimize Sales Process – Develop and improve sales workflows, systems, and processes to ensure operational efficiency and enhance productivity.
- Forecast and Plan – Collaborate with sales and finance to produce accurate forecasts and track targets.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner with Sales, marketing, finance and product teams to align strategies and support the digital transformation of the sales process.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Experience in sales operations, sales management, Project management or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365) and Digital sales tools
- Ability to work cross functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a strong ability to troubleshoot and improve processes.
- Excellent communication in English and Norwegian verbal and written.
