Join our dynamic training team in Global Customer Service - Automation & Control as a Competence and Capability Manager. In this role you play a central role in developing and delivering standardized services, tools, and training solutions that revolutionize the competence and capabilities of our employees. You will be at the forefront of technical competence development, building a competence development ecosystem that maximizes the potential of each employee within Automation and Control to drive real value for our customers.

What you will be doing
- Manager for Systems Specialist and A&C communications specialist
- Decision maker in complex internal and external discussions within A&C training
- Global ownership of the A&C core curriculum across regions and sites
- Ensure that communications and information sharing efforts are effective and aligned between product verticals, regions and sites within A&C
- Interface with the Subject Matter Expert Network Leader to ensure instructor capacity for internal training within GCS A&C
We think you should have
- Norwegian and English fluency both in written and oral
- Bachelor degree in education, management, engineering or project management. Experience can compensate for formal education
- Management skills and ability to work with others in a team
- Experience with KM training processes and procedures is a benefit
- Good understanding of project economy
- Knowledge of KM’s Services, Products and Organization is essential
