Project Manager
To fulfil our challenging and ambitious goals we need to strengthen our competence and are therefore looking for a Project Manager to join our team!
In this role you will join our division Automation & Control working with Vessel Systems to deliver Ship Automation to yards worldwide. We are forefront of delivering state of the art maritime solutions in a constantly changing world. We are a part of the transition to the green shift and have project`s in the portfolio supporting an environmental focus and giving solutions toward` s a more sustainable future.
As Project Manager, you will have responsibility for a diverse portfolio of projects and an international team. You will be responsible for product and technology development, supply chain operations and act as the customer’s point of contact and responsible for day-to-day management of tasks and resources in delivery projects, planning, execution, and the results in terms of economy and quality.

Key accountabilities
- Manage and deliver projects globally with high focus on quality, profit and customer satisfaction
- Manage and guide personnel assigned to own projects
- Manage scope, time, costs, communication, and risks in our projects
- Lead customer interface and communication towards internal stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous department improvement
- Travel as required
- Support the product and sales organization with project and technical expertise
Qualifications and experience
- Technical or maritime education, maritime experience is preferred
- Preferably experience from project management
- Experience from working directly with customers in Maritime industry and knowledge about our products is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English and Norwegian
