Logistics Coordinator

An incredible opportunity awaits you as Logistics Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in our dynamic department, delivering essential information for our business.

You will be responsible for ensuring good communication and optimal logistical flow related to project execution for several order types. Having specific competence within logistics, you are a key source of information for a broad part of the organization, supporting everything from sales to delivery. Through a proactive nature and ability to find optimal solutions, you are contributing to a positive result for the company.

This position will be a part of the business transfer from Kongsberg Maritime AS to Neuver Maritime AS which is planned during the spring of 2025.

What you will be doing

  • Book freight solutions for project shipments from our warehouses and manufacturing sites
  • Contact point for the organization with regards to subjects such as Incoterms, import / export of goods, etc.
  • Support LC’s (letter of credit), ensuring Kongsberg Maritime present correct and complete documentation
  • Support customer invoicing process, ensuring correct data and timely execution
  • Handle project specific shipments from both internal and external supply chain

We think you should have

  • Bachelor's degree within logistics and / or commercial
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience from the logistical and / or commercial sector
  • Knowledge and experience using IT tools and enterprise resource planning (ERP)
  • Insight within the subject of international transport and logistics
