Lead Engineer - Automation Software Application - Vessel Systems

We are in the search of a Lead Engineer to join our Automation Software Application department and help deliver K-Chief Automation Software to the Offshore market, including international projects. Our team consists of innovative engineers delivering cutting-edge offshore automation solutions. We are looking for a passionate individual to be part of this team. What you will be doing
- Design, configure and deliver automation software solutions tailored to offshore projects
- Ownership of the software in offshore projects from project start to execution, including factory acceptance test (FAT) and customer acceptance test (CAT)
- Attend during commissioning activities
- Provide technical support to other departments as needed, including the development department and local offices world-wide
- Extended responsibility in customer projects, internal competence areas and improvement of our processes
- Travel as required
We think you should have
- Technical college degree or higher education in relevant fields
- Proven experience with automation systems or marine equipment and control systems
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong communication skills, fluent in both written and spoken English and preferably, Norwegian
