We’re seeking an Aftermarket Service Project Coordinator to lead and coordinate a team of skilled Field Service Engineers. Reporting to the GCS Operations Manager, you’ll ensure efficient delivery of commissioning, upgrades, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Lead meaningful projects. Protechting People and Planet is our goal.
Your Mission:
- Lead and coordinate service technicians for global projects.
- Ensure timely delivery of commissioning, upgrades, maintenance, and repairs.
- Collaborate across Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams
- Maintain quality and compliance in every service project.
Our Global Customer Support division is responsible for Kongsberg Maritimes services, upgrades and support in the aftermarket. During the operational lifetime of more than 30.000 installations, we ensure cost-efficient delivery of services, upgrades and spare parts in order to secure availability and predictability to our customers.
Your Expertise:
- Strong planning and project management experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Fluent in English.
- Basic technical understanding.
- Knowledge of travel regulations is a plus.
