Intern - Logistics Finance

Kongsberg Maritime CM Sp. z o.o. – SSC Global Procurement in Cracow is looking for an intern who will support Logistic Team.

Ensure on-time, accurate and efficient billing to the sites and correct costs per agreed lanes / supplementary costs. 

Place of work: Kraków

Key accountabilities:

• Review invoices from carriers to ensure costs are in line with agreed conditions.  
• Managing incoming invoices within agreed terms
• Chase up invoices from the carriers for shipments carried out
• Cooperation with internal customers and transportation partners to create a good working relationship, while performing the highest level of service
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis as required

Qualifications and experience:

• Last year student or fresh graduate in Finance and Accounting preferable
• Available to work min 30 hours per week
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Accurate and detail oriented
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and to communicate globally
• Fluent English (min B2)
