Our Global Customer Support division is responsible for Kongsberg Maritimes services, upgrades and support in the aftermarket. We are thrilled to present an exceptional career opportunity for the position as Finance Manager within Global Customer Support in Kongsberg Maritime.
As an international commercial business partner, you collaborate across all products, functions, and geographies. The role requires stakeholder management and engagement at a senior level. Therefore, we are looking for a determined, collaborative, and proactive individual who will play a pivotal role in driving business growth.
Job Description / Key accountabilities
- Responsible for monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting
- Have the overall responsibility and ownership of the financial figures
- Project owner related to the implementation of new ERP system and other systems
- Prepare monthly reports and present figures to BoD
- Harmonize and streamline the accounting process
- Approval of payment and internal bank transfers
- Make sure that accounting and reporting is according to local legislation
- Personnel responsibility for the employees working in finance?
- Adhoc analysis
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting or economics
- 5 – 10 years experience from similar positions
- Experience within a global organization is an advantage
- High experience within to Microsoft office tools, such as MS Excel
- Knowledge to Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 is an advantage
- Good understanding and efficient with tools such as ERP, HFM, Excel and Power BI (or similar)
- Ability to speak English
