HR Specialist

Kongsberg Maritime Korea Ltd. is seeking highly motivated candidates to work as “HR Specialist” in Shipbuilding and Marine business area.

Job Title: HR Specialist

Department/Team: HR

Location: Kongsberg Maritime Korea Jeong-gwan Office

Job Type: Temporary (1-year contract)

Main Work Tasks:

• Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
• Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
• Charge in overall recruitment process
• Provide Training Plans and maintain Training Records
• Update GDPR (inventory check/report)
• Assist to establish a healthy organization and work environment
• Administer/Support HR policies and procedures
• Secretarial support (Visitors, Expats, Travel, Translation, etc)
• Other activities looking after day-to-day HR operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree
• Minimum of 1 years of work experience in HR role
• Intermediate speaking and writing ability in English
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A driving license and an own car are preferred

Working location: Kongsberg Maritime Korea Busan Jeong-gwan Office
