Viktige ansvarsområder

• Klargjøre og sammenstille våre kompositt-produkter
• Visuell inspeksjon og kvalitetskontroll i mikroskop
• Bidra til å møte våre internkunders forventninger ved å effektivt planlegge og fullføre tildelte arbeidsoppgaver

Kvalifikasjoner og erfaring

• Erfaring fra produksjon, elektronikk og sammenstilling eller lignende er en fordel
• Erfaring med lodding er ønskelig, men ikke et krav
• Fagbrev innen relevant fag er et krav for stillingen som Skilled Manufacturing Operator, men ikke for Manufacturing Operator
• Gode kommunikasjonsferdigheter i norsk og engelsk, både skriftlig og muntlig

An exciting opportunity awaits you as we are looking for Manufacturing Operator/Skilled Manufacturing Operator to join the team responsible for the production and testing of Kongsberg Discovery products. In this role, you will be part of the composite element production, and your work will include the assembly of electromechanical products.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble our composite products
• Visual inspection and quality control under a microscope
• Contribute to meeting our internal customers' expectations by efficiently planning and completing assigned tasks

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in production, electronics, and assembly or similar is an advantage
• Experience with soldering is desirable but not required
• A trade certificate in a relevant field is required for the Skilled Manufacturing Operator position, but not for the Manufacturing Operator position
• Good communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
