Digital Learning Developer

We have an exciting one-year opportunity for a Digital Learning Developer to join our Kongsberg Maritime Learning Design & Delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging digital learning content using a variety of tools and creative solutions.

Kongsberg Maritime Learning Design & Delivery is dedicated to delivering high-quality digital training to employees across the organization. As we expand our digital and online learning offerings, we are looking for a talented and motivated individual to support us in enhancing our capabilities over the next year.

We are looking for a self-driven, proactive and innovative individual with strong digital media skills. If you have experience in pedagogy, gaming, animation, graphic design, web design or social media marketing, it will be considered an advantage.

You will be part of a highly motivated team, collaborating with colleagues to create, publish, edit and maintain a wide range of digital learning content.

What you will be doing

• Design, develop and produce engaging digital learning content.
• Transform written instructions into visually compelling learning materials.
• Create interactive learning solutions such as e-learning courses, games, videos, and quizzes.
• Utilize a variety of development tools, including Microsoft Office, Adobe, iSpring Suite, voice-over applications and gamification tools.
• Provide guidance and support in the development of training materials.
  
  

We think you should have

• Competence and interest in developing digital learning materials, with proficiency in digital learning tools and knowledge of gamification and animation tools.
• Design skills, combined with creativity and solid attention to detail.
• Effective in planning, organizing and managing time, combined with ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
• Educational background or experience in pedagogy is an advantage.
