Group Manager - Offshore Production Systems

We are now seeking a Group Manager to lead our group of Technical Account Managers. You will be reporting to the Director of Operations in Offshore Production Systems (OPS) business unit under our Automation & Control division.

Offshore Production Systems is the Business Unit responsible for delivering Safety and Automation Systems for Offshore Production Units. Our knowledge and customer relations position us well for being a key player when the energy business transforms into a greener future.

As a Group Manager your main responsibilities will be coordinating and developing core resources to support our continued development and operational success. You will have the opportunity to contribute to shaping Offshore Production Systems development and build more business in cooperation with the Operations team.

Key accountabilities

• Personnel responsibility for the group
• Organize and manage daily operation within the group
• Resource planning for personnel in the group
• Maintain and develop routines and processes for the group
• Maintain and develop the personnel’s competence
• Assure that the projects are performed according to the Kongsberg Maritime Quality Management System (QMS/HSE)
• Contribute and manage improvement programs

Qualifications and experience

• Experience with leading and managing people
• Experience as a Project Manager or advanced expertise in project execution methods and processes
• Positive attitude, cope with challenges and finding solutions
• Higher technical or financial degree
• Experience within Safety and Automation Systems or other relevant project / product experience
• Experience and knowledge of Kongsberg Maritime’s products is an advantage
• Good Norwegian and English language (oral and written)
