Through our daughter company Naxys Technologies, Kongsberg Discovery is a leading provider of advanced solutions for leak detection and operational monitoring of subsea infrastructure in the Oil & Gas industry. Our innovative Naxys Passive Acoustic Systems help companies optimize their operations and ensure the integrity of their subsea assets, including manifolds, templates, X-mas trees, subsea process plants, and more. In this role as Sales Manager you will act as the customer contact for these products, combining your technical knowledge with commercial insight.

Key responsibilites

  • Drive sales efforts for our leak detection and operational monitoring solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Oil & Gas industry
  • Understand and address the unique needs and challenges of large oil companies
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of our solutions
  • Act as an operational sales resource, actively engaging with clients and prospects
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of the Oil & Gas industry and subsea infrastructure
  • Technical background with a strong commercial mindset
  • Excellent people skills and ability to build trustworthy and long-lasting relationships
  • Willingness to be an operational sales resource and actively participate in client engagements
  • Ability to travel to and work from our office in Bergen

Location
Preferably Bergen or Aberdeen, but other Kongsberg Discovery locations in Northern part of Europe or even partly remote can be considered for the right candidate. Please note that a considerable amount of time needs to be spent at a Kongsberg Discovery location
