Project Manager

An incredible opportunity awaits you as Project Manager. In this role, you will play a part in our dynamic Waterjet team that works together to sell, design, manufacture and deliver waterjets of world class performance. In this role, you are responsible for independently leading customer projects and you will be our representative towards the customer and responsible for all activities involved in the delivery of the contract until end of warranty.

As a Project Manager we wish you to have an open mind and a focus on the customer’s needs while ensuring the budget and scope is within the agreed contract. You will be supported by a team of professionals located in Finland, Sweden and Poland. To succeed in this role, you need to be flexible, have a customer-oriented mindset, and have a good organizing skill. Academic background or experience from any technical field is an advantage as you will need to have an ability to understand the waterjet system on a higher level and be able to discuss technical related matters with customer. However, it is our priority to find an individual with the right personal skills and the willingness to learn.

What we think you should have

To succeed in this role and make this a perfect fit, we believe that you have minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering. Experience can compensate for formal education. Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing projects. Experience in customer communication. Good verbal and written English skills, with Swedish skills considered an advantage.

We appreciate your ability to act on your own initiative, make things happen, and accept responsibility for the results. Work in collaboration with different departments. Inspire and coordinate others, keeping them focused on set goals. Communicate in a clear, precise, and structured way. Identify commercial opportunities and have a strong positive impact on business growth and profitability. Business travel may occur to some extent.
