The Training Content Specialist will play an exciting role in developing, enhancing, and harmonizing training content across P&H. This role is responsible for maintaining overall compliance and ensuring that training materials remain current and aligned across all departments.

What you will be doing

  • Develop and enhance training content for LMS and courses
  • Lead initiatives to improve training content, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all certificates
  • Foster close collaboration with local and regional training teams to align content and methodologies.
  • Promote and implement innovative solutions for content creation
  • Streamline and manage the distribution of training information through platforms such as SharePoint, ensuring clarity and accessibility

We think you should have

  • Technical understanding, with knowledge of our products and systems
  • Strong communication skills with a good understanding of didactic methods
  • Extensive experience with content creation software
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
