Solution Analyst

Kongsberg IT Commercial is looking for Solution Analysts for D365 F&O

We in KONGSBERG IT Commercial are now looking for three engaged and skilled team players with a strong interest in business applications and standardization, for the three domains: product, manufacturing and supply chain.

In this role, you will contribute to and be responsible for introducing new systems and digitalization. You are preferably a specialist in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O), with experience and strong technical abilities within in at least one of the three domains: product, supply chain and manufacturing. Additionally, you have a passion for data quality and a structured approach to problem solving. This position will operate existing solutions and have an important role in our Digital Business Transformation (DBT) program.

Key responsibilities:

General

• Daily governance of the ERP system in cooperation with our user environments
• Expertise and deep understanding in ERP systems with the ability to perform complex tasks
• Participate and contribute to business digitalization projects
• Governing company best practices and advising the business on how to use the systems in the best way possible
• Close collaboration with colleagues from IT and business units to ensure standardization and continuous improvement of applications and processes
• Our new resource will play a key role in getting production control by utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O manufacturing execution (MES) solution
• Ensuring interaction with the supply chain functionality.
• Contribute with your knowledge on material, capacity planning and production scheduling
• Will work in the crossing between Kongsberg TeamCenter (PLM) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (ERP).
• Help securing data quality between design, construction, assembly and production, across Kongsberg sites and companies around the world. 
• Change management using F&O's Engineering change management module cooperating with product information management in the various operational companies. 
  • Enhancing business operations by optimizing workflows and processes within the ERP system. 
  • Guiding users through new processes and ensuring smooth adoption of the ERP system.

Specifically for Manufacturing domain specialization:

• Our new resource will play a key role in getting production control by utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O manufacturing execution (MES) solution

To be eligible for the position, you must be able to gain security clearance and authorization according to the Norwegian Security Act.

Some travelling must be expected, especially during the release of new services or applications.
