Kongsberg IT Commercial looking for D365 F&O Solution Architect

We are now looking for a Solution Architect for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) application. In the Solution Architect position, you will have a vital role in enhancing the success of implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 as part of the Digital Business Transformation (DBT) program , which is a green field implementation of Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations, Microsoft Dynamics D365 Customer Engagement in addition to other line of business applications. At the same time, you will play an important role transferring the applications from project into operations and continues improvement in the future.

Overview:
As a Solution Architect you will work in the interaction between business and IT, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions and being responsible for fostering close relationships between team members in cross-functional and multi-competence teams to maximize project outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you have a strong technical background combined with hands-on experience from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O). You will be contributing to bridging the gap between developers and business stakeholders, which means you can translate business needs into functional requirements and feasible solutions. You will have a key role in ensuring that the digital agenda and new technical solutions are supporting the company's overarching business goals and strategy.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaboration with KONGSBERG IT, external partners and business stakeholders.
• Refining requirements
• Communication, consulting, and decision making for technical decisions and pathway choices
• Keeping up to date with vendors’ product roadmaps.
• Ensure successful project deliveries
• Collaborate with enterprise architect

Qualifications and Skills:

• The ideal candidate will have at least five years of relevant experience .
• Strong understanding of business processes and improvements
• Experienced with working in a DevOps setup
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Norwegian.

To be eligible for the position, you must be able to gain security clearance and authorization according to the Norwegian Security Act.
Some travelling must be expected, especially during the release of new services or applications.

Horten, Asker, Aalesund, or Kongsberg in combination with flexible home office arrangements.
