Kongsberg Maritime is seeking a strategic and driven Operational Manager to lead our Engineering team in Global Customer Support. The department delivers upgrades and conversions across Offshore, Energy, LNG, Merchant, and Naval segments. You will report directly to the Vice President Integration.

 

What you will be doing

  • Lead and inspire a team of highly skilled senior engineers and technical leads.
  • Ensure successful execution of integrated projects across KM’s portfolio.
  • Set clear goals, prioritize effectively, and allocate resources.
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.

We think you should have

  • Relevant engineering degree (college or university level).
  • Experience leading technical teams.
  • Fluent in English and Norwegian (written and spoken).
