Automation Technician

We are looking for a flexible and versatile automation technician with a certificate in automation or electrical engineering, preferably with experience from the industry. You are eager to take responsibility, contribute to improvement, and be an important resource in our technical environment.

What will you be working on?
With us, you will have a central role in the operation and further development of our factory. You will be part of a close-knit and interdisciplinary technical team with great ownership of what we do. Here, we help each other – and when needed, we step in regardless of title or field.

Your main tasks will be:

• Operation and maintenance of electrical systems and production equipment, including screen-based control (PLC, SCALA)
• Contributing to the development and optimization of the new factory
• Repair, troubleshooting, and documentation of electrical systems, machines, and equipment
• Participating in larger and smaller technical projects and improvement work
• Preparatory work and installation of new equipment
• Active use and management of electronic maintenance systems
• Responsible for apprentices
• Responsible for electrical/automation
• Simple mechanical work and practical support in the daily operation of the factory

• Have a certificate as an automation technician and/or electrician (formerly Gr. L)
• Have experience from technical work in an industrial environment

• Have an interest in development, improvement work, and HSE
• Professional workflow in Norwegian and basic English skills
• Have the ability to lead and motivate others and enjoy seeing the big picture and progress
