We are looking for a Senior Advisor Learning & Development at Kongsberg Maritime. In this role, you will collaborate with business and central functions to identify learning needs and lead the development of impactful learning initiatives. You will create and deliver engaging learning experiences across a variety of formats, leveraging digital technologies to create innovative solutions. As an advocate for competence development, you will help foster a culture of curiosity and continuous learning throughout the organization. You will also facilitate courses and workshops as needed and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through data analysis and feedback to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.

We think you should have

  • Deep pedagogical competence, with a strong background in adult learning and digitalization.
  • Experience in organizational Learning & Development
  • Ability to identify challenges and opportunities and develop effective and suitable learning solutions and content creation.
  • Understanding of digital tools and technologies used in the learning space.
