Manufacturing Engineer

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to help us implement and improve manufacturing processes that result in high-quality products.

You need to have a good knowledge of tool design and fabrication methods. Other necessary manufacturing engineer skills include project management ability, commitment to quality, and familiarity with safety and environmental standards. If you’re also inventive and meticulous, we’d like to meet with you. 

Ultimately, you’ll be the one to ensure our production lines work efficiently and effectively to satisfy our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Improve manufacturing processes for quality, efficiency, and speed
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
• Assist in designing and implementing production equipment and layouts
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly
• Train staff on new tools, systems, and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and suppliers
   

Requirements:

• Experience as a manufacturing engineer or similar role
• Knowledge of fabrication methods, tool design, and manufacturing systems
• Proficiency in data analysis and relevant software (e.g. CAD, MS Office)
• Programming experience is a plus (Python preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills
• Engineering degree preferred, relevant experience also considered

You’ll also support system integration, assist with automation development, and help drive process innovation across our operations. Experience in acoustics is a bonus, and a commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement is essential.

This employment may require security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority, clearance through Civil Aviation Authority or a background check.
