Technical Resource Manager - DP Application

Are you ready to take the lead in coordinating world-class technical expertise across global projects? We are looking for a Technical Resource Manager to join our DP Application management team at Kongsberg Maritime.

In this key role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating technical resources across a wide range of projects and tasks, including Dynamic Positioning (DP), Thruster Control, K-Master, and Simulation Studies. You will act as a central point of contact between our department and the wider project organization, ensuring efficient resource allocation and technical support.

About the Department

DP Application is a department within the Vessel Systems division, consisting of highly skilled software engineers to handle DP SW configuration and commissioning of projects worldwide. We operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are known for our deep technical knowledge and collaborative spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate global technical resources and project tasks
• Develop and implement planning tools and coordination methods
• Act as liaison between DP Application and project stakeholders
• Support KM project teams and branch offices with resource planning
• Participate actively in the department’s management team
• Handle additional responsibilities as assigned by the DP Application Managers

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Kongsberg Maritime systems and applications is preferred
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Norwegian
