Main Work Tasks

- People Management

• Team Leadership : Guide, motivate and direct team members, setting clear expectations, and fostering a collaborative environment
• Performance Management : Set up performance goals, provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, and address performance issues
• Employee Development : Support employee growth through training, coaching, and mentorship, helping individuals reach their full potential
• Talent Management : Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies
• Conflict Resolution : Facilitating communication, address disagreements, and resolve conflicts within the team
• Building a Positive Work Culture : Promoting open communication, trust, and a sense of belonging among team members

- Technical Role

• Lead the performance of the external and internal project management and quality to deliver the products to customer on time, to specifications
• Lead a team of competent & capable professionals on site level ensuring compliance, maintenance, and continuous improvement of project management and quality business processes
• Work with internal and external customers and identify, prioritise, mitigate and resolve delivery and quality issues impacting the customer
• Organize and lead quality and delivery meeting and cross functional team regularly or on occastion of customer claims, to cope with customer unsatisfactory, and if necessary, escalate higher level or other functions
• Support to perform investigation, root cause analysis, corrective action, preventive action and mistake proofing activities for in-house rejects and customer complaints
• Responsible for risk assessment from potential quality, delivery, cost and HSE issues to mitigate them
• Participate in cross-functional teams in the development of new products or changes related to current products in meeting customer requirements
• Initiate, driving force and implement improvement projects to make sure continuous improvements of the process, competencies and skills in the team to ensure improved customer needs and reduced cost

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5years of experience working in Project Management or Quality
• Experience of dealing with customers and suppliers
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001
• Have good collaboration skills, customer-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good communication skills in English
