Are you a problem-solver who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys taking the lead? We are seeking Site Managers to join our Integration team in the Global Customer Support aftermarket projects.

As Site Manager, you will be the main customer contact point and coordinator on site during installation and commissioning for our integrated project, overseeing our own engineers and/or our sub suppliers across all KM product families, handling daily technical challenges and management tasks to ensuring the delivery and quality to the customer.

What you will be doing

  • Oversee and manage all site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise yard operations, including the preparation and maintenance of equipment and materials.
  • Lead and manage onboard installation and commissioning projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to project management.

We think you should have

  • Proven experience in site management, yard operations, onboard installation, and commissioning work in the maritime industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in maritime operations or a related field.
