Technical Director

YOU WILL:

• Lead and further develop a strong engineering community within complex systems
• Define and lead towards goals and performance with a result-oriented mindset
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor new talent
• Take ownership of improvement initiatives and daily operations
• Play a key role in our management team and contribute to the company´s strategic direction
• Identify areas for improvement and define goals

YOU BRING:

• A technical degree and experience from complex engineering systems
• Interest, knowledge, or experience in submarine combat systems or subsystems
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for developing people and teams
• Previous experience as a team or group leader is an advantage
• A growth mindset with motivation to learn and evolve as a leader
• Excellent communications and collaboration skills
• A proactive and goal-oriented approach – with people always in focus
