We are looking for a skilled Technical Advisor to strengthen our Health Management team. 
In this role, you will provide technical and contractual support to our Sales organization, act as a key interface with customers, and ensure high-quality documentation and technical delivery across our Condition Monitoring portfolio. 
The Technical Advisor will play a critical role in assessing opportunities, defining scopes of work, and building business cases that demonstrate value to our customers. You will also contribute to increasing customer satisfaction and service awareness.

What you will be doing 

  • Support Sales with technical expertise, and scope definition. 

  • Provide customer-specific knowledge, including case studies, recent challenges, and opportunities. 

  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation (manuals, work instructions, training content). 

  • Manage and update ERP (Dynamics 365) and CRM. 

  • Support processes of class societies certifications and audits. 

  • Contribute to Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) projects. 

  • Act as a primary information channel towards customers in service-related claims and solution demands. 

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback and share insights with operations and service development. 

  • Develop budgets and business cases to support decision-making and sales activities. 

  • Contribute to training content and global competence development initiatives. 

 
 

We think you should have 

  • Strong technical knowledge in Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM). 

  • Ability to analyze monitoring data, identify failure mechanisms, and assess monitoring systems. 

  • Experience in preparing and maintaining technical documentation (manuals, work instructions, case studies, certification documents). 

  • Strong customer-facing skills, with the ability to translate feedback into concrete actions for operations and service development. 

  • Solid organizational and administrative skills, including register and database management. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, acting as a primary information channel between customers and the organization. 

  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. 

  • Proactive and customer-oriented approach, with focus on customer satisfaction, upselling, and service awareness. 

Nice to have: 

  • Proficiency in working with ERP systems (Dynamics 365) and CRM platforms. 

  • Experience in supporting sales teams with technical assessments and defining scopes of work. 

  • Experience in creating and maintaining training materials and supporting competence development. 

  • Familiarity with class societies, audits, and certification requirements. 

  • Capability to build and present business cases that demonstrate the value of condition monitoring solutions.
