We are looking for a Senior Advisor Learning & Development at Kongsberg Maritime. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping, aligning, and delivering organisation-wide learning frameworks and initiatives that build critical capabilities, accelerate performance, and support Kongsberg Maritime’s long-term growth. This role combines deep expertise in learning and development with strong business acumen to ensure that learning investments are future-focused, scalable, and impactful across a global workforce. You will create and deliver engaging learning experiences across a variety of formats, leveraging digital technologies to create innovative solutions.

What you will be doing

• Develop global learning frameworks that balance organisation-wide consistency with functional and local needs.
• Provide expertise on emerging learning trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Create and deliver engaging learning experiences and content using digital learning tools such as AI and eLearning authoring tools.
• Utilize digital technologies to create scalable and innovative learning solutions.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the business, influencing decisions on capability development, and workforce upskilling.
  
  

We think you should have

• Deep pedagogical competence, with a strong background in adult learning and digitalization.
• Experience in organizational Learning & Development and change management, preferably from complex matrix organizations, ideally within technology.
• Strong understanding of learning technologies, and modern workplace learning practices.
• Experience in applying consulting methods, leading and project managing the design and development of global learning initiatives across multiple geographies and cultures.
