Manager Design Engineering

Are you a technically skilled and people-focused leader? We are looking for a committed and empathetic manager to take responsibility for the design team within our Engineering to Order department. About the Role

As Manager Design Engineering, you will lead a team of skilled engineers and shape how we work within mechanical and hydraulics design. You’ll provide technical guidance, create structure, and drive continuous improvement—both through small steps and long-term initiatives. You’ll foster collaboration across departments and ensure that processes and standards simplify work for both employees and customers. With a coaching mindset, you’ll inspire and support your team’s growth.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably proven leadership experience from managing a team or project, preferably in a technical environment.
• Background in hydraulics or mechanical design is highly beneficial.
• Good ability to plan, delegate, and organize work in a structured manner.
• Experience in establishing standards and processes that support team performance.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
