
Sales Manager

You’ll introduce cutting-edge solutions to customers, build strong relationships, and spot new business opportunities as the industry evolves.
But your role goes beyond sales. You’ll also be a key part of our innovation programs, sharing your sales and commercial insights early in the development process. Your input will help make sure our new autonomous and remote solutions truly fit what customers need and deliver real value. What you will be doing
- Operational sales, including preparation of quotations and managing contract negotiations
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new solutions
- Prepare, present, and promote solutions to customers
- Order intake budget, prognosis short and long term.
- Provide insights and feedback during early-stage solution development to help shape offerings that meet operational and commercial requirements.
- Represent Sales in cross-functional development programs, ensuring that new solutions are aligned with market demands and commercial viability.
- You will be expected to travel as needed, both domestically and internationally, to engage with customers, attend meetings, and represent the company at relevant industry events.
We think you should have
- Technical education, bachelor's degree or similar or marine operation and system knowledge of electrical solutions.
- Sales and marketing experience within the maritime industry is an advantage.
- Experience in customer negotiation, sales and commercial processes is an advantage.
- Fluent in English, verbally and in writing.
