Warehouse Operator

Kongsberg Maritime is now seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operator who thrives on structure, teamwork, and keeping things moving. You will work closely with colleagues across departments and locations, using modern ERP tools to ensure every delivery counts, and that our customers get what they need when they need it. Because when we deliver, our customers keep sailing.

What you will be doing

• Responsible for order and system in warehouse
• Daily operational activities in connection with all types of shipments
• Receipt, registration, and control of goods
• Packing and preparation (posting in ERP system) of prepacked goods for dispatch
• Manage and maintain inventory
• Coordinate and book transportation internally and externally
• Contribute to high service level and improvement of work processes

We think you should have

• Insight, knowledge and understanding of warehouse work and supply chain processes / systems
• Knowledge and experience of digital tools: ERP & Microsoft (outlook, Teams, Excel etc)
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written
• Valid work permit in Norway
• Preferably truck certificate T1-T4
