As the maritime industry continues its digital transformation, we are strengthening our focus on digital solutions within aftermarket sales. To support this journey, we are now seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Aftermarket Sales Manager to join our team.

 

In this role, you will help drive digital sales initiatives, contribute to strategic growth, and ensure our customers receive innovative and value-driven support.

 

Key accountabilities

  • Sales of digital solutions in the commercial maritime market in close collaboration with aftermarket sales team
  • Maintain and develop customer relations
  • Preparation of quotations and discuss digital solutions with customers
  • Develop sales and customer strategies for our products and solutions
  • Follow up customer closely
  • Be digital responsible in the aftermarket sales team
  • Travel will be required

 

Qualifications and experience

  • University or technical college degree within Engineering, Business, IT – relevant experience can replace formal education
  • Good knowledge and experience with Kongsberg Maritime core control systems.
  • Good knowledge and experience with commercial Merchant segment
  • Proactive and commercially driven team player.
  • Good communication skills in English and Norwegian, both written and oral
  • 3- 5 years relevant experience in the Maritime or Oil & Gas industries is preferable/an advantage
