Aftermarket Sales Manager

With nearly 3,000 dedicated professionals in 35 countries, we support over 30,000 installations throughout their operational lifetime—ensuring availability, reliability, and cost-effective service delivery.
As the maritime industry continues its digital transformation, we are strengthening our focus on digital solutions within aftermarket sales. To support this journey, we are now seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Aftermarket Sales Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will help drive digital sales initiatives, contribute to strategic growth, and ensure our customers receive innovative and value-driven support.
Key accountabilities
- Sales of digital solutions in the commercial maritime market in close collaboration with aftermarket sales team
- Maintain and develop customer relations
- Preparation of quotations and discuss digital solutions with customers
- Develop sales and customer strategies for our products and solutions
- Follow up customer closely
- Be digital responsible in the aftermarket sales team
- Travel will be required
Qualifications and experience
- University or technical college degree within Engineering, Business, IT – relevant experience can replace formal education
- Good knowledge and experience with Kongsberg Maritime core control systems.
- Good knowledge and experience with commercial Merchant segment
- Proactive and commercially driven team player.
- Good communication skills in English and Norwegian, both written and oral
- 3- 5 years relevant experience in the Maritime or Oil & Gas industries is preferable/an advantage
