 
	    Sales Operation Manager, Aftermarket Sales
The Sales Operation Manager within Aftermarket Sales will be a high-value strategic partner to the aftermarket sales organization. This role is focused on supporting the continuous improvement, optimization, and streamlining of customer engagement activities. In this role, you will design and promote best practice sales capabilities, ensure consistent sales governance, and enable revenue growth and increased sales productivity through innovation and effective execution. The role requires close collaboration with our Global Sales and Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize customer engagement activities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Streamline and automate engagement processes to increase efficiency and provide seamless customer experience.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote the adoption of proven sales methodologies.
- Evaluate the impact of implemented practices and refine approaches for continuous improvement.
- Ensure consistent application of sales policies, procedures, and governance across regions and teams.
- Promote a culture of accountability and transparency within the sales organization.
- Act as a strategic business partner to support sales leaders and account managers.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and resources to maximize sales team effectiveness.
- Identify and implement initiatives to expand revenue streams.
- Introduce and embed tools and practices that enhance sales efficiency.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging sales technologies, and best practices.
- Champion the adoption of new methods and tools to maintain a competitive edge.
- Foster a mindset of innovation and continuous learning within the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales enablement, customer engagement, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, governance, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
