Manager for GCS Energy Development & Growth
Are you motivated by developing strong aftermarket offerings and turning market needs into commercial solutions? As Manager for GCS Energy Development & Growth, you will lead a skilled team responsible for growing KM’s Energy aftermarket portfolio. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic development with hands-on execution, ensuring our services meet market expectations and scale effectively.
You will work across the organization to strengthen our product portfolio, drive improvement initiatives, and ensure readiness in delivery, lifecycle management, and commercial processes. With a structured approach and strong collaboration skills, you will help position KM for continued growth in the global energy market.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategies for growth in the Energy aftermarket segment
• Lead and support product leads and strategic concept roles
• Strengthen and optimize the aftermarket portfolio through enhanced products, services, and business models
• Assess competence and capacity needs to ensure organizational readiness
• Support commercial activities in collaboration with Sales and Marketing
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor performance, improve processes, and secure efficient delivery of aftermarket solutions
Key Experiences and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Energy Management, or similar
• Experience within energy development, aftermarket growth, or product management
• Strong commercial understanding and analytical skills
• Experience leading teams in a matrix organization
• Solid communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Fluent in English; Norwegian is an advantage
• Experience with CRM systems or digital platforms is beneficial
