We are excited to announce the creation of a forward-thinking HR Service & Recruitment Team at Kongsberg Discovery. Are you one of the two new HR Advisors who will help us build a strong, competent, and collaborative team? The HR Service part of the team is a specialized group within the HR function that provides operational support and services to employees and managers across the organization. The team acts as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, ensuring that HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. The team handles a wide range of HR topics, such as onboarding, offboarding, data changes, and general HR inquiries.

Our HR Service & Recruitment Team is part of the wider HR community at Kongsberg Discovery. Collaboration, mutual support, and working closely with key stakeholders are essential in this role. What you will be doing

• Provide support to employees and managers on HR topics through established channels.
• Responsible for completing HR processes and ensuring data quality in our HCM-system Workday.
• Identify and act on areas of improvement.
• Responsible for maintaining information and processes in areas of responsibility.
• Provide information and support to key stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications and experience

• Educated at degree level from relevant subject.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English.
• Experience, knowledge and understanding of working with digital tools is a requirement.
• Experience from customer support is a strong advantage.
• Experience from case management is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Norwegian legislations including data protection regulations is an advantage.

This employment may require security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority, clearance through Civil Aviation Authority or a background check. Please note that this might affect the offer process or employment.
