Planning Manager – Uncrewed Platform Division

About the Role
We are introducing a new position in our Uncrewed Platform Division to strengthen planning capabilities for advanced maritime systems. As Planning Manager, you will play a role in bridging strategic objectives with operational execution, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects and production activities. This position is part of the Operations Department, reporting directly to VP Operations, and may include personnel responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Master Scheduling: Develop and manage production and project schedules across multiple sites and programs.
  • Resource & Capacity Planning: Analyze workload, optimize resource allocation, and maintain ERP data integrity.
  • Coordination & Compliance: Ensure coordination with internal and external stakeholders and alignment with contractual requirements and internal procedures.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track progress against milestones, identify deviations early, and implement corrective actions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive standardization of planning practices and support Lean initiatives.

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in planning, scheduling, or operations within a manufacturing or project-driven environment
  • Experience with project- and resource planning
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, AX, or similar)
  • Experience with manufacturing of marine products and solutions is seen as positive
  • Familiarity with quality standards, continuous improvement and data analytics tools is a plus
