Om Stillingen 

Som Analytiker vil du spille en nøkkelrolle i å analysere og optimalisere våre innkjøpsprosesser. Du vil jobbe tett med innkjøpsteamet, leverandører og økonomiavdelingen for å sikre effektive og kostnadsbesparende løsninger. Dine analyser vil være avgjørende for å identifisere besparelsesmuligheter, forbedre leverandørforhandlinger og sikre at vi tar beslutninger basert på solide data.

Arbeidsoppgaver 

• Samle inn, strukturere og analysere innkjøpsdata
• Utarbeide rapporter og dashboards
• Identifisere trender og forbedringsområder i innkjøpsprosessen
• Bidra til strategiske beslutninger med datadrevet innsikt
• Finansiell risikovurdering av leverandører
• Analysere leverandørenes priskalkyler

Kvalifikasjoner

• Samarbeide med ulike avdelinger for å forbedre datakvalitet og prosesser
• Høyere utdanning innen økonomi, statistikk, IT eller tilsvarende
• God erfaring med analyseverktøy som Excel, Power BI, Access eller lignende
• Sterk forståelse for datamodellering og visualisering
• Erfaring fra innkjøp eller supply chain er en fordel, men ikke et krav
• Evne til å kommunisere komplekse funn på en enkel og tydelig måte (både norsk og engelsk)

Procurement Analyst & Advisor

Do you have a sharp analytical mindset and a passion for turning numbers into strategic decisions? Would you like to contribute to smarter and more competitive procurement processes? We are now looking for a skilled Procurement Analyst & Advisor to join our Procurement department at Kongsberg Discovery!

About the role

As an Analyst, you will play a key role in analysing and optimising our procurement processes. You will work closely with the procurement team, suppliers, and the finance department to ensure efficient and cost-saving solutions. Your analyses will be crucial in identifying savings opportunities, improving supplier negotiations, and ensuring decisions are made based on solid data.

 Key responsibilities

• Collect, structure, and analyse procurement data
• Develop reports and dashboards
• Identify trends and improvement areas within the procurement process
• Contribute to strategic decision-making through data-driven insights
• Conduct financial risk assessments of suppliers
• Analyse suppliers’ cost/pricing calculations
• Collaborate with various departments to improve data quality and processes

Qualifications

• Higher education in finance, statistics, IT, or a related field
• Strong experience with analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, Access, or similar
• Solid understanding of data modelling and visualisation
• Experience in procurement or supply chain is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and simple way (both Norwegian and English)
